Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Engagement
1.Inbound and outbound communication to potential partners from the company database and marketing leads.
2.Understand lead requirements and evaluate suitability for Credit Samadhaan Kendra partnership.
3.Clearly and ethically explain Credit Samadhaan’s services, Kendra model, and value proposition.
4.Invite leads to webinars, demos, and credit awareness sessions, followed by structured closure activities.
5.Convert qualified leads into paid Credit Samadhaan Kendra Partners.
Follow-ups & Relationship Management
6.Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to move prospects through the sales funnel.
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and onboarded Kendra partners.
Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure trust and clarity.
CRM & Reporting
1.Accurately update lead status, conversations, and follow-up notes in the CRM system.

Compensation Structure (CTC)
CTC Range: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll, statutory compliance, MIS, and day-to-day HR operations end-to-end.
This role is strictly focused on HR Operations and does not involve Talent Acquisition or hiring. You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for employees, managers, and stakeholders for all payroll, compliance, and HR Ops-related matters, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong process discipline.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly payroll, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and related audits and filings
- Manage salary appraisals, revisions, increments, and compensation changes in coordination with leadership
- Own and maintain the HR tech stack, especially Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Sign, and HR workflows

What You Will Be Doing
