About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager with proven experience in the Building Material industry (Trading segment). The candidate should have strong relationships with architects, builders, interior design firms, and contractors to drive business growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior firms, and channel partners.
· Identify and onboard new clients, projects, and trading opportunities in the building materials sector.
· Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest business strategies.
· Manage distributor and dealer networks for smooth supply chain and timely order fulfillment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
· Previous experience in tiles, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, hardware, or related building materials.
