Google Business Profile Management:

-Assist in creating, claiming, and optimizing Google Business Profiles for clients.

-Ensure accuracy and consistency in business information across all listings (name, address, phone, etc.).

Local SEO Support:

-Perform keyword research to enhance listings visibility in local searches.

-Collaborate on strategies to improve local search rankings for clients.

Performance Monitoring:

-Track and analyze key performance metrics such as views, clicks, and customer actions on Google listings.

-Generate detailed reports for internal teams and clients to showcase progress.

Research and Innovation:

-Stay updated on new Google My Business features, local SEO trends, and algorithm changes.

-Suggest and implement innovative solutions to maximize client results.

The opportunity we are looking for a MEAN Stack developer to manage the frontend, backend and server-side of our Product. We are looking for someone passionate about performance, reliability, and design with the experience and credentials to back up that passion. Someone who can take ownership of applications, work on responsive design and solve technical challenges and take pride in their solutions and code. The person should be able to translate the business requirements into world-class code.

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Job Brief

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to the customers by performing the following duties:
• Take control of and resolve complex technical and escalated customer problems
• Should have excellent communication & troubleshooting skills.
• Document and simulate complex customer issues to find solutions and fixes to customer inquiries and problems and dispatch additional service as necessary.
• Identify and provide inputs to Product and Engineering teams on unique and/or recurring customer problems.
