Business Development Executive

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Compensation : Upto 27 LPA (Commensurate with Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas :- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, Corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

Required Skills 

1) Good experience in Angular Latest Versions 

2) Hand on Node.JS./Express JS 

3) Database : MYSQL/MongoDB 

4) Experience in Java Script, Typescript. 

5)Good experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery 

6) Experience working in an Agile environment.

1. Generate Creative ideas and concepts for kid's (Girls) clothing and accessories aligned with current fashion trend

2. Develop sketches, illustrations, and design prototypes for various age groups, from infants to pre-teens

3. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, color palettes, fabric innovations, and design techniques in kids' wear industry

4. Translate trend research into practical and appealing designs

5. Material selection and sourcing

6. Create detailed technical specifications and tech packs for each design

7. Prototyping and sampling

Skills Required:

1. Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design or related field

2. Proven experience of fashion designer, preferably with kids wear (Girls

  Write and post technical job descriptions 

  Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes 

  Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities 

  Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) 

  Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs 

  Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates 

  Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals 

  Compose job offer letters

Your bucket of undertakings:

• This position will be responsible to consult with clients and propose architectural solutions to help move & improve infra from on-premise to cloud or help optimize cloud spend from one public cloud to the other
• Be the first one to experiment on new age cloud offerings, help define the best practise as a thought leader for cloud, automation & Dev-Ops, be a solution visionary and technology expert across multiple channels.
• Continually augment skills and learn new tech as the technology and client needs evolve
• Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
• Use your experience in Google cloud platform, AWS or Microsoft Azure to build hybrid-cloud solutions for customers.
• Provide leadership to project teams, and facilitate the definition of project deliverables around core Cloud based technology and methods.
• Define tracking mechanisms and ensure IT standards and methodology are met; deliver quality results.
• Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications
• Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code and other artifacts Identify and keep abreast of new technical concepts in AWS
• Security, Risk and Compliance - Advise customers on best practices around access management, network setup, regulatory compliance and related areas
• Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services
• Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the “why,” and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation • Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc. • • Contribute to DevOps development activities and complex development tasks
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on cloud end-to-end architecture, including AWS and future providers, networking, provisioning, and management

Education, Experience, etc.

• 6 - 10 years of experience with at least 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing
• (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Good analytical, communication, problem solving, and learning skills.
• Knowledge on programming against cloud platforms such as AWS and lean development methodologies.

• Responsible for Verification Strategy, Infrastructure, Planning and Execution (Manual and Automation)
• Participate in requirements, architecture, and design reviews to come up with an appropriate test strategy.
• Author Review & execute automated tests.
• Maintenance of Automation Test Cases / Frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly make and influence technical decisions as part of the product development, and drive open issues to a successful closure
• Drive continuous integration by development and automated execution of verification & validation tests.
• Provide estimates of detailed level project-related verification activities.
• Understand and manage integration points with other systems that interface with your applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or master’s degree in Software Engineering or Information Science/Technology or a related field with 4-8 years experience.
• 4+ years of experience in testing enterprise and web applications.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages like Java.
• 4+ years of experience in working with automated tools like Selenium.
• Experience in developing different automation framework architecture, API automated tools
• Hands-on in javascript.
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/AGILE software development lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test)
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
