About Us:
We are focused on launching a business focused on data and tech services.
You would be part of the consulting side of the business where we offer services to other firms.
Your aim is to keep the founder's workload from consulting the least possible so they can set up the venture fund and accelerator side of the business.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, team player with a high aptitude who will be responsible or working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Business consulting, Client relations in a cross-functional environment.

We are seeking a go-getter who is willing to chip in with any task and has a strong work ethic. This is not a 9 am-5 pm position. You would have to work a 2-4 hours on the weekends also as the clients are most available then. Total Hours are human.
**Basic Skills Required:**
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (with at least have 2+ years of relevant experience as Business Associate/ Business Analyst)
Master's degree / MBA is preferred.
- Experience in Business analytics, well versed with sales/marketing analytical tools.
- Experience in business consulting is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, client communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management.
- Good in Business Development, Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Management, Competitive Analysis, Market Research.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
You are:
- Regular at maintaining a timesheet.
- Will need to develop proficiency in Hubspot, Asana, Google Documents.
- Proficient in Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Google docs.
- Excellent business communication and writing skills.
- Excellent at web research and educating one-self about different topics.
- High aptitude in managerial skills.
- Ability to handle the intense workload, pace, and training timelines.
Note: Your pay post base payment will be linked to company revenue; hence you are required to be a self-motivated person.
**You are expected to do:**
Build Client Relations
In order to expand the market, you work to form new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships to forge new opportunities.
Assist in the sales and service processes to ensure client satisfaction to help increase revenue and develop lasting professional relationships that will fuel sales and lead to possible partners with organizations associated with these clients.
Promote Company Products
To build awareness and recognition of products, you help to create promotional and sales materials for clients and the public.
You work closely with sales, marketing, and advertising departments and managers to form strategies that target specific audiences to grow sales and broaden their market.
Conduct Market Research
You are often involved in analyzing the market and creating reports that focus on consumer behavior, sales, and the share of their company’s market in relation to their specific products.
Generate plans on how to increase this market share and develop strategies that will lead to greater revenue.
Coordinate Marketing and Networking Events
From trade shows to community events, You will organize events that lead to client meetings and product promotions.
Assist in choosing materials and products to include in these events and even attend shows and meetings to represent the company for which they work
Business consulting & Operations
Review a company or client’s business processes and identify opportunities and strategies to improve business efficiency.
Assist a client or company to execute business strategies and ensure that the desired result is achieved in a timely manner.
