Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings solid ETL fundamentals, hands-on pipeline experience, and cloud platform proficiency — with a preference for GCP / BigQuery expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Work with Dataform or DBT to implement transformation logic and data models
• Develop and optimize data solutions on GCP (BigQuery, GCS) or AWS/Azure
• Support data migration initiatives and data mesh architecture patterns
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data products
• Apply data governance and quality best practices across the data lifecycle
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and drive proactive monitoring and resolution

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Data Engineer Profile
• Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with strong ownership of end-to-end data pipeline development.
• Must have strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design, transformation logic, and data workflow orchestration.
• Must have hands-on experience with any one of the following: Dataform, dbt, or BigQuery, with practical exposure to data transformation, modeling, or cloud data warehousing.
• Must have working experience on any cloud platform: GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure, including object storage (GCS, S3, ADLS).
• Must have strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Must have programming experience in Python and/or SQL for data processing.
• Must have experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and troubleshooting data issues.
• Exposure to data migration projects and/or data mesh architecture concepts.
• Experience with Spark / PySpark or large-scale data processing frameworks.
• Experience working in product-based companies or data-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on Java development experience.

• Strong experience in building products or applications from scratch (not just 

maintenance/support).

• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

• Should have strong problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is a plus.

• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) will be an advantage.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

1. Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code
2. Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques
3. Experience with RESTful services
4. Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
5. Expert in Angular, TypeScript, Angular Material and Server Side Rendering (SSR)
6. Hand on and implements complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, services and components, create the same from scratch
7. Experience in Third Party integrations like Payment Gateway, Facebook, Gmail and any other Google APIs
8. Knowledge of state management tools such, NgRx, Redux

• Improve the look and feel of interactive components in the website, mobile applications, and other product software
• Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping user flows.
• Design the aesthetics/theme to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on users ease of use
• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience

• 1-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
• Extensive experience in using best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to peers and teams.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and comparable languages will be a plus

We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating the necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, Illustrator, Affinity Designer.
