Job Title : Graphic Designer – Short Video Content Creator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on short video content creation for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing, with the ability to ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital, web, and social media platforms.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics and basic animations as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and video content best practices.
• Work on-site and coordinate with the team for shoots and editing sessions.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. is a plus).
• Strong sense of design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong portfolio of graphic and video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing short video content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and their content requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep understanding of concurrency, memory management, and system design.

• Experience with Trading, market data processing, or low-latency systems.

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and real-time processing.

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• A portfolio of work that speaks louder than a resume.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Past experience in fintech, trading systems, or algorithmic trading.

• Contributions to open-source Golang projects.

• A history of building something impactful from scratch.

• Understanding of FIX protocol, WebSockets, and streaming APIs.

3+ years experience in SaaS/B2B product design

Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in developing scalable and responsive web

applications, and will be able to work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders to deliver

Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React and JavaScript

● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices

● Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions

that meet business requirements

● Work with UX/UI designers to implement user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing

● Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability

● Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that the software meets quality

standards

● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations to

the company on how to best incorporate them into its products and services

● Proficient in client & server-side JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and webpack

● Competent in building single page web applications using Node.js and React Js

● Redux for state management

● Universal rendering (Client-side rendering and Server-side rendering)

● Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web

● Experience in developing automated unit and functional tests

● Experience in an agile development process

● Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns

● Have a passion for quality and writing clean, readable code that scales and performs well

● At least 2 years of experience in developing web applications using React/NextJS/VueJs and

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing modular front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery, JSON and micro formats.
• 2+ years of experience in React.
• Played with Webpack and Modular architecture.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in cross-browser compatibility.

 Expert experience developing multiple commercial-grade mobile applications iOS using native languages (Objective-C / Swift, Xcode or Java).

- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for IOS or Android. Strong experience developing multithreaded applications.

- Solid knowledge of mobile OS architecture - in areas of: UI, memory management, data storage, application management by OS and cybersecurity.

- Experience with charting of data (scientific or medical data is preferred), either custom-developed or third-party charting libraries.

- Experience with UI development of mobile application (scalable for different screen resolutions and localization).

- Prior experience working in an FDA regulated environment, a plus

- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
