Lead technical Consultant

Experience: 9-15 Years

This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

The candidate should have experience with Unit testing, CI/CD, devops etc.

Good Communication skills is a must have.

• Drive the architecture and design of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using object-oriented design, distributed programming, Java/Node/ Python, .Net.
• Hands on experience in delivering high quality software products.
• Gather business and functional requirements from external and/or internal customers and end-users, and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well between a ranges of complex systems.
• Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance.
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability.
• Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Your primary tasks will revolve around resolving user experience issues and crafting visual elements. The perfect candidate will be a visionary with a flair for design, proficient in communication to grasp project requirements, and deliver meticulously crafted user designs and experiences.

Requirements:-

• Develop Devin's Design System, which includes:
• Creating a visual identity system that aligns with our brand identity.
• Emphasizing the use of reusable components during the design process.
• Crafting a comprehensive style guide.
• Collaborate with the product team to comprehend business objectives and transform them into tangible elements, such as:
• Information architecture (UX) to ensure a well-organized user experience.
• User journeys and app flows (UX) to map out the user's interactions and experiences.
• Low-fidelity designs and wireframes (UI) to outline the initial design concepts.
• High-fidelity designs (UI) for detailed and polished visual representations.
• Work closely with the QA and Engineering teams to verify the proper implementation of the designs.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues by utilizing instrumentation tools and conducting regular customer reviews.
• Present and justify design decisions, ensuring they align with the overall design roadmap and follow fundamental principles like color theory and visual weight.
• Effectively communicate how the creative vision will contribute to achieving the company's objectives.
• Ensure that the designs are responsive and compatible with all devices, including Web, Tablet, and Mobile platforms.

• Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
• Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
• Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality.
• Responsible for establishing appreciation and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
• Provide support to Tech teams in managing security mechanisms and data access governance
• Provides technical support and mentoring and training to less senior analysts.
• Derive insights through A/B tests, funnel analysis, and user segmentation

Key Criteria:

• 3+ years in a data analyst position, preferably working as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting.
• Strong SQL-based querying languages (MYSQL, PostgreSQL) and Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools.
• Understanding of Scripting experience in (Python, Perl, JavaScript, Shell);
• Skilled in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis, and technological data mining and analysis techniques.
• This role requires a mixture of data schema knowledge and technical writing activities paired with hands-on and collaborative work with Systems Analysts. Technical exposure through requirements, QA, or development software lifecycles are also a plus
• Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
• Excellent attention to detail. Data needs to be precise. Conclusions drawn from data analysis will drive critical client decisions
  Domain knowledge in the Internet of Things is a plus
• Managing a junior team of analysts. It is crucial that they have exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to perform their job duties and manage others.

• B.E/ B.Tech./ M. E/ M. Tech from any recognized university in India.
• Minimum 60% in Graduation or Post-Graduation
• SQL knowledge and hands-on experience is a must.
• Great interpersonal and communication skill

Responsibilities-

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

skills-

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 concepts
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
