We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Support the team in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in HR / Business Administration, or a related field.

Role:
Building and maintaining tools to automate application and
infrastructure deployment, and to monitor operations.
Design and implement cloud solutions which are secure, scalable,
resilient, monitored, auditable and cost optimized.
Implementing transformation from an as is state, to the future.
Coordinating with other members of the DevOps team, Development, Test,

Requirements

• A passion for working on deeply technical projects and wanting to work on distributed systems, concurrency & parallelism, replication protocols, file systems & correctness
• You have been building applications for 5+ years with C/C++ or Rust and have significant backend, database, or systems-level programming experience
• You have a BS/MS/Ph.D. in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• You want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that respects its engineers and customers
• You are comfortable working with a 100% distributed engineering team, collaborating on GitHub, Slack, Zoom, etc. in the open and as a self-starter

• Experience working on databases or other storage systems internals
