We are seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for SEO, social media marketing, and website design & development services, specifically targeting the US and Canada markets. Your goal will be to drive lead generation efforts that contribute to increased sales revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate potential client through email or LinkedIn.

· Basic understanding of SEO and how it intersects with email marketing

· Must have worked on email marketing template creation, sending bulk emails.

· Managing the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.

· Have to target the USA, Canada market.

· Should have knowledge about emailing.

Experience: 0.6 – 4 years

Skills:

· Minimum high school diploma in any stream.

· At least 6 months of experience working in a digital marketing company.

· Proficiency in generating leads for SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Website Design and Development services.

· Experience in lead generation specifically targeting audiences in the US, Canada, and UK markets.

Working Days: Monday-Friday

The Role

This role is anything but conventional- It is an opportunity to define and execute our plans and make an impact on the development of millions of children.

As our tech lead, you will work closely with the founders to crystallize and own the product roadmap and then, to bring the product vision to life through simple, elegant design & code that delights users.

You will be the key architect of the product and will help the engineering team build and maintain the product across mobile and web. 

You will own development and delivery of the code- including analysis, optimization and debugging.

Key Skills

3-6 years of experience with backend and frontend web-based application development

2+ years of experience with React / Redux + HTML/CSS

2+ years of experience with Python

Have some experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB)

Have created meaningful APIs and models that are flexible and scalable

As an Architect, you would be expected to:

• Own the overall architectural decisions, design, and development of technology.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the full lifecycle of product development and testing.
• Play a significant role in the career development of others. Work with engineering teams to provide continuous architecture and design mentor-ship / leadership and be a source of support that ensures successful product delivery and operational excellence in production.
• Actively participate in design reviews, improve product delivery and align teams across the organization towards coherent architectural strategies.
• Deliver artifacts that set the standard in your organization for engineering excellence, from designs to algorithms to implementations.
• Help others understand when it is appropriate to create new versus reuse or extend existing software solutions.
• You will develop systems, component architectures, and APIs that meet the test of time. Articulate and evangelize architectural principles that ensure that system components fit and last and align with the company's business direction.

You would be a good fit if:

• You will have worked in past faced product companies and at least 8 years of experience
• Should have been part of scalable product development cycles with either large data handling or large transaction processing exposure.
• You will also possess a good understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, Web Applications Architectures, and Microservices.
• Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability

• Design, develop and maintain features, services, products that are part of a company

• Expertise with data modeling
• Proficiency with git and Github workflows

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
