What We’re Looking For

● Experience:

○ Proven experience in AI research and implementation, with a deep

understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of AI.

○ Strong proficiency in machine learning (ML), data science, and deep learning techniques.

○ Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

○ Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data

visualization.

• Stay at the forefront of AI research to continually bring the latest innovations into our development pipeline. Your role will focus on experimenting with AI Agents and agentic AI, exploring how these technologies can enhance insurance workflows.
• Rapidly prototype and validate your ideas, demonstrating feasibility and potential impact. Work with large, complex datasets to develop models that solve real business challenges. 
• While the core of your role is research-oriented, collaboration with production teams is essential. You will provide them with tested, validated concepts and support the initial stages of production integration.
• Partner with software developers, product managers, and other data scientists to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business needs
• Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate AI development.
• Document AI research outcomes, development processes, and performance metrics. Present findings to stakeholders in an easily understandable manner.

About the Role:

This position focuses on creating training content for our products, we do need someone with a strong background in education, training, or instructional design, ideally with experience in software training or within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be able to develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training guides, and videos, while effectively engaging end-users.

• Software Training & Facilitation – Experience in training end-users on complex software applications, including developing training guides, demos, or simulations.
• Assessment & Evaluation Tools – Familiarity with Questionmark, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar for designing and administering quizzes, assessments, and surveys.

Leading & Building content marketing strategy for Slurrp farm and specific marquee campaigns as a part of content marketing roadmap that includes Digital/ Performance/ Social & Editorial partnerships, CRM, PR & Publicity  Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent, in terms of style, quality & tone of voice across channels 

Partner with the creative, studio, and external agency teams to build content assets needed for campaigns and season launches 

Deep dive into consumption outcomes and marketing impact and continually experiment on marketing approaches and tactics to build organic traffic for the brand 

Maintain, develop & execute master content calendar for the brand 

What to bring 

8-10 years of experience in In-house creative studio/ agency along with deep knowledge and experience in driving & managing digital content marketing 

BA in literature (mandatory) & MA (preferred) or similar qualification 

Consumer Tech/ FMCG / D2C experience is highly desirable 

Should possess leadership skills to lead the content team to successful completion of its objectives 

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with timelines
