Experience: (4-6 years) Mid-senior level.
A user experience designer role is required for the overall solution interface design that is built by multidisciplinary teams in India and UK and used globally.
The person
- 4+ years of experience in a design role with demonstrated success.
- Can think from product design to interaction design and graphic design understanding user psychology. A mix of both product management and UX design abilities.
- Prototyping skills to make high fidelity interactive wireframes using Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools. Experience in making data visualizations. Ability to conduct user research, understand stakeholder requirements and create UX strategy for the product.
- Ability to develop design guides, set standards and drive rational and satisfying experiences. Thinks through various scenarios, user flows and states of a product.
