Work with our channel marketing team to develop, plan, and support the execution of marketing initiatives with partners. Provide regular governance, reporting, and management of indirect and joint/co-selling activities. Achieves assigned sales quota (Indirect / Partner-Influenced Sales) in geography. Achieve intermediate metrics for partner-driven sales activity, client meetings, and opportunities.    JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the telecommunications and security industry. Experience working with multiple types of partners including Distributors, VARs, consultants, and agents. Track record of results-oriented sales and partner management that sets and achieves metrics for partner recruiting, enablement, opportunity generation, revenue. Successful experience recruiting new partners across multiple geographies. Experience building annual business plans with partners, managing QBRs, and developing corrective action plans. Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions. Self-starter that is highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, enjoys defining, and driving successful outcomes. Ability to travel 50-75%.

Handle closures with partners with support from the rest of the team. Onboard new channel partner for regions we don’t have a presence in. Month 4,5 & 6 you should be able to Plan Close Door events with channel partners with Agenda and invite Attendees and manage post-event closures. A model for channel partners to build a funnel and expand sales.  Plan funnel for next one year to predict channel revenue for the period. Own channel partner number and also look at the future roadmap and growth for channel partner network @Appknox.
