Role Overview:
We are looking for proactive and driven Sales Consultants to play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding client needs, positioning our solutions, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and consult them on suitable MyOperator solutions (IVR, Call Tracking, WhatsApp Business API, etc.)
- Identify prospects’ pain points and recommend the right product fit through a consultative approach.
- Own the entire sales cycle — from lead outreach to closure and payment.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, understanding, and consistent communication.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data on CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Customer Success, Quality, and Product) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, or revenue-driven outbound roles.
