We are looking for dynamic and result-orientedĀ Area Sales ManagersĀ to expand our franchise network. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy fieldwork, business development, and building strong local relationships.
š Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners from diverse backgrounds such as FMCG distributors, insurance professionals, educators, retail owners, and other business-minded individuals
- Conduct a minimum ofĀ 10 productive meetings per day
- Present the franchise business model, investment structure, and growth potential
- Convert prospects into successful franchise partners
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
- Share daily activity reports and market insights with the leadership team

- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Franchise, Cement, Paint, etc.)
