About Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships for Telth Healthcare. This role requires a results-driven leader with expertise in international care plans, digital sales and network expansion. The position requires frequent travel, strategic planning and collaboration with multiple departments.
Core Duties
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to promote and sell international care plans across target markets.
- Drive online sales initiatives and lead digital marketing campaigns for India and the UK.
- Expand and strengthen the Harley network in key regions including Delhi and Mumbai.
- Build and manage a robust agent network to ensure wider market reach and customer acquisition.
- Partner closely with HR to recruit, train, and manage sales and agent teams.
- Design and deliver online training, product-based training, and agent-focused training programs.
- Promote and ensure distribution of care plan cards across channels.
- Take accountability for achieving sales targets and maintaining workplace excellence.
- Travel internationally (UK & Middle East) as required for business expansion, client meetings, and training.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure business sustainability.
What do we need
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Sales Director, preferably in healthcare or international care services.
- Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing and international business development.
- Excellent leadership, team management and network-building skills.
- Ability to create and deliver training programs for agents and the internal teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
- Familiarity with market expansion strategies and multi-channel sales.
