We are seeking a customer-focused Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting apparel that suits their style, needs, and preferences. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their fashion needs and preferences.
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals, and brand collections.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers with trial room management and billing support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, tagging, and inventory support.
- Follow store policies, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 0–3 years in apparel retail or fashion sales (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in fashion, trends, and styling.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
