Job Responsibilities: 


• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medical conferences, symposiums, workshops, and networking events.

• Develop detailed event timelines, project plans, and budgets.

• Ensure smooth on-site event execution including registration, speaker coordination, and session management.

• Coordinate with Delegates, keynote speakers, and panellists.

• Manage communication with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.

• Ensure all speaker requirements such as travel, accommodation, presentations, and schedules are handled efficiently.

• Identify and manage vendors for venues, AV production, branding, printing, catering, and event technology.

• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective vendor management.

• Oversee logistics including stage setup, delegate kits, conference materials, and signage.
