Job Title: Customer Success - Client Servicing

Experience: 1.5 Years – 3 Years

Location Preference: Gurgaon (Preferred)

Work Mode: 5 days a week from Office

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success to join our CS team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5–3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role within the IT or tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions via email, chat, or calls.
• Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback for process and product improvements.

Requirements:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the IT sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.

About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, sharp-minded Node.js Developers with incredible algorithmic thinking and real world experience in building scalable systems. If you have 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript, and want to create something meaningful at scale, this is your calling.

What You'll Do

•  Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

•  Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
•  Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and tech brainstorming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• B-Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

What We're Looking For

•  4–6 years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript(6 months atleast).
•  Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
•  Experience working in fast-paced, scalable product environments.
•  Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
•  Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scalable business is a strong plus.
•  Bonus if you come from an IIT or Tier1 engineering background.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications utilizing LangGraph and LangChain to improve data processing and analytics capabilities.

• Optimize existing software and applications to enhance performance and scalability, ensuring robust functionality across various platforms.
• Implement best practices in coding and application development, including version control and unit testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in Python development and language processing frameworks.

• Document development processes, code changes, and project updates to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on backend programming.
• Proven expertise in LangGraph and LangChain frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools, including Agile practices.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
• Contributions to open source projects or involvement in the tech community is highly regarded.
