Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Intern to help us build, manage, and optimise WhatsApp-first automation journeys across the customer lifecycle, while also supporting event tracking and marketing analytics.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with the growth team on real automation and tracking use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation (Primary)

·        Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows (onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, seasonal campaigns)

· Independently handle recruitment (upto Sr level positions)

· Induction process

· Coordinate Training

· Monitor Attendance tracking and payroll

· Coordinate Appraisal process

· Compliances and filing of statutory returns

· Employee engagement

Desirable traits /attributes -

· Good written & verbal communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi).Capable of communicating independently with external agencies.

· Requisite MS office skills

· Experience in handling statutory compliances w.r.t factories act and S&E act

· Willing to travel to sites
