Job Description:
The Hybris eCommerce Business Analyst role is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Business Analysts work closely with client stakeholders and business users and cross-functional delivery teams over the lifecycle of a project to gather and document solution requirements; document solution design; model and configure eCommerce data structures and business processes; collect, manipulate and load product data, define test scripts and acceptance criteria, manage & communicate requirement, design and priority changes and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.
Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting Hybris Commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
Accountable to complete assigned work within time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
Understand Hybris Commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from client business users, manipulate data for import into eCommerce system and identify data gaps, and perform product data imports into eCommerce system. (Project dependent)
Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users.
Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables. (Project dependent)
Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience in general IT business analysis which includes 2-3 years’ experience in Hybris Commerce business analysis
Bachelor’s degree
Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
Experience with global service delivery model
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect with strong expertise in telecom environments (OSS/BSS, 4G/5G core, network systems). The candidate will design and implement scalable, highly available, and automated DevOps solutions to support telecom-grade applications and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement DevOps architecture for telecom applications (OSS/BSS, mediation systems, billing platforms)
- Architect CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or hybrid telecom data centers
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployment strategies
- Automate deployments for 4G/5G core network functions (CNFs/VNFs)
- Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Work closely with network engineering and telecom operations teams
- Ensure compliance with telecom-grade security standards
