Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Leading a high-performing MDG team and creating the Strategy for Master Data Management (MDM) across Finance.
• Leading and managing the MDM team, ensuring the appropriate skills and staff levels to meet the requirements of the business.
• Establish goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the MDM team and evaluate the teams performance throughout the year.
• Working with Finance Leadership to socialize and embed the Data Management Strategy across Finance and at the same time as building key relationships outside of Finance to expand the capability and ultimately drive a data culture across Capita.
• Providing input into the conceptual, logical and physical data models for master data and master data hierarchies within Finance, with a view to grow and mature the capability enterprise wide.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining robust data management/hygiene policies, procedures and processes 
• Developing and maintaining MDM documentation.
• Developing and embedding performance of scheduled and ad hoc data quality inspections; and reporting to identify data gaps and data sources.
• Designing and establishing Data Governance standards, committees, owners, metrics and stewardship to improve data quality, efficiency and operating effectiveness with an associated roadmap for reaching the target level of maturity.
• Partnering with Divisional and Group Finance to design, implement, and maintain consistent data management capability and standards.
• Creating dashboards to monitor, measure and present master data metrics & maturity standards.
• Improving operating effectiveness and costs through continuously improving business processes for managing master data throughout the data life cycle, including data quality, meta-data, and workflow technologies.
• Creating future state data governance strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead data projects to improve the quality of our data, the structure and analysis of data to understand the overall performance indicators of the MDM capability.

●Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.

● Conduct quality-related reviews of customer service and engagement performance, evaluating against client and internal quality standards to ensure proper call and transaction handling. This includes call monitoring, review of data entry/transactions processed, and evaluation of any other performance metric that may impact quality (i.e. handle time, speed of answer, etc.).

● Provide specific feedback to supervisory and management staff regarding agent areas of opportunity for their team members. Support supervisory staff in their coaching efforts and provide coaching assistance as needed.

● Responsible for completing the required number of quality reviews for each customer service or engagement agent based on BPO Sales and Operations performance guidelines.

● Document all observations thoroughly by maintaining observation forms and call center monitoring databases.

● Participate in internal and external client monitoring/calibration sessions in order to ensure thorough understanding of programs, goals and client standards of excellence.

● As applicable, responsible for handling agent-level calls to maintain personal knowledge of program(s).

● May participate in and support the Quality Management (QM) Program in identifying and acting on opportunities that improve the quality and value of the service we provide to our clients and our employees.

● Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

● Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of overall experience in marketing (Must have worked either in Ecommerce, Edtech, Healthtech, Fintech or any other B2C app based company)
• 2+ years of experience in engagement & retention domain
• 1+ year experience of working on engagement & retention tools like WebEngage/ MoEngage/ CleverTap is a big plus
• Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer (Mixpanel knowledge is a big plus)    

• Strategizing top of the funnel expansion and identifying key channels for sourcing brands
• Generating new brand leads, identifying and contacting Founders and building a solid top of the funnel for the company
• Explaining about the company's products to the brands
• Acting as a liaison between the brands and the internal teams to complete the investments
• Ideating on tech-product improvements to automate the funding application process for brands
• Implementing initiatives to improve TAT for brands
• Owning all the metrics that improve the brand's experience with the company

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years experience
• Experience in business development in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in NBFCs/fintech/SME
• Experience in building channel partnerships and optimizing sales funnels
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding startup culture and hustle
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore
