- Daily Sales Activity: Conduct a minimum of 10 productive meetings per day with potential franchise partners.
- Business Presentation: Effectively present the Genericart franchise model, business potential, investment details, and product benefits.
- Franchise Closure: Convert prospects into franchise partners by building trust and showcasing the value proposition.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong lead funnel, follow up regularly, and ensure timely closures.
- Reporting: Share daily reports, progress updates, and market insights with the State Sales Head & management Team.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of sales, business development experience preferably in Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Cement, Paint and all Retail, or Franchise Business.
- Strong local network and ability to influence decision makers
- Must be self-motivated, target driven and passionate about field work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
