The platform promotes exchange of viewpoints, ideas, and information on various medical practices amongst healthcare professionals. This saves both time and money as solutions to several health issues can be accessed on a real time basis. There are 1.3 million registered doctors and 400+ daily publications on its platform and they operate across 16+countries.

Location: Bangalore (Currently Remote, Later you need to relocate)

Roles & Responsibilities

You’re Awesome At -

• Native Android App development (Preferably for a B2C Product)
• Proficiency in various algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Kotlin with at least 1 year of experience in Kotlin.
• Good knowledge of Coroutines, RxJava and JetPack components. JetPack Compose is a bonus.
• Strong experience with REST APIs (Retrofit), storage databases, multi-threading, performance, and memory tuning.
• Deep understanding of android architecture such as MVP and MVVM

Your Academic Qualifications -

BE / BTech in Computer Science preferred. However, if you have good hands-on knowledge of building Android apps, that’s what we are looking for!

• Lead high volume VOD streaming (think of systems as sophisticated as Netflix and Amazon prime).

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in web based applications and services.

• Collaborating closely with the Project Manager ensuring smooth development workflow and timely delivery. 

• Being quick and proactive in resolving application defects and issues.

•  Developing documents, queries etc. for databases.

• Always being ready to make required changes especially at the post-deployment stage.

• Multitasking with multiple projects and designs under stringent budget restrictions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have provable proficiency in Golang, MongoDB/SQL Server/MySQL, Web Service/REST API/WCF, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript/JQuery

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Golang Web Application.

• Must be familiar with Golang Programming Language, MongoDB/SQL Server.

• Well-experienced and knowledgeable in Go routine and channel patterns, Go web frameworks, AngularJs/VueJs/ReactJs, and RESTful Web Services/ Web API.

• Must understand code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.

• The candidate must be self-driven, smart, and self-motivated with good communication skills.

• A go-getter and sales enthusiast who takes all the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals seriously.

• Must have updated knowledge of IT services and industry.

• Should work closely with Business heads and help them with data and reports regarding the customers and their competitors.

• Owns team's output and E2E definition and execution of SDLC. Drives sprint planning, estimates & prioritizes tasks, Keeps key stakeholders updated on progress, milestones, and any potential slippages.
• Identifies pitfalls across codebases proactively. Writes model code that is looked up to. Understands internals of programming languages & runtimes. Creates common reusable components/libraries- Uses advanced data structures.
• Designs API contracts between large systems with end-to-end service design and active leadership towards long-term sustainability including versioning, complex migration plans, impact analysis across products.
• Owns NFRs and pushes the envelope on performance, scalability, and high availability with cognizance towards the cost of infra. Drives tech stack selection independently, mentors junior engineers. Evangelises of generic platform building across the organization.
• Troubleshoots unseen issues across codebases. Solves large end-to-end cross-cutting problems with elegant solutions with an eye on long-term sustainability.
• Partners with and influences product managers on “how”. Leads the pack on hiring and evangelizes steeper hiring standards towards building an A+ team. Represents company on external platforms/conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• 7+ years relevant work experience in software engineering while leading teams.
• Proficiency in more than one modern programming language such as Python (preferred) associated tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code
• Experience in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered
• Should be strong with System Design and Database designing
• Deep understanding of design patterns, optimizations, deployments with Strong object-oriented design skills
• Experience mentoring other software engineers.
• Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language

Role : Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer

Education : B. Tech(CSE)/similar field of study/equivalent practical experience

Minimum qualifications:

• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
• Experience working with two or more from the following: 
• Mobile Application Development
• Distributed Computing
• Machine Learning
• Image Processing
• Developing Large Software Systems
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree, further education or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related fields.
• Understanding of agriTech domain and application of technology in farming
• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
