Looking for Senior Data Engineers to join an application development team supporting a business-critical enterprise web application and its data ecosystem. The role requires strong hands-

on experience across SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Logic Apps,

Power BI, GitHub, and Data Modeling. Here is what you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support SQL Server databases used by the web application.

• Build and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines for data movement, transformation,

scheduling, monitoring, and recovery.

• Develop and optimize T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and database objects.

• Design data models, ETL/ELT, and incremental data-processing solutions.

• Integrate application data with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using REST APIs.

• Develop and support data solutions using Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, and OneLake.

• Use Azure Logic Apps for application/data integration, workflow orchestration, notifications,

and event-driven processing.

• Support Power BI and enterprise reporting requirements.

• Implement data quality, reconciliation, logging, error handling, retry, and monitoring

mechanisms.

• Troubleshoot SQL, pipeline, integration, and production data issues.

• Use GitHub and CI/CD practices for source control and deployments.

We're hiring a Tech Lead Azure Data Engineer on Microsoft Fabric, based in Bangalore and Mangalore.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching systems (Redis, Memcached), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Linux development, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and related services.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills for production-grade systems.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools is a strong plus; familiarity with concepts like 'agentic coding' for workflow automation or 'context engineering' for leveraging LLMs in system design is highly desirable.

Must have expereince in in a MarTech or enterprise SaaS company .  Experience in leading a sales team and Field sales experience . Must have done enterprise sales with typical license contract values of $50K and above.

Own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification,

Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure for designated markets

• Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for

engaging customers/prospects

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering (a must) &/ MBA is a plus, preferably from

premier institutes

• Consultative Sales Experience: minimum 4 years

• Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales commitments

• Experience in selling to enterprises, especially banks and insurance companies is a

big plus

• Deep appreciation of technology and its ability to create value–especially in areas of

big data analytics, machine learning and personalization
