Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)

Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures

Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong experience in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release

Strong Senior Product Manager with past development experience profile.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 12+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years as a Product Manager in the recent career (last 3 years)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on technical background in software development (Dot net and Angular stack preferred)

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have end-to-end product lifecycle experience, including product strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery

Mandatory (Note) – This is a tech-heavy Product Manager role, not a purely managerial/coordination role; profiles lacking hands-on technical depth should be rejected

Strong Application Security / Penetration Testing Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 3+ years of total experience in Penetration Testing / Vulnerability Assessment with hands-on experience across web applications, mobile apps, and APIs, especially in transaction-intensive platforms.

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong hands-on experience in business logic testing and fraud simulation, including scenarios such as bid manipulation, price tampering, replay attacks, fake approvals, and maker-checker bypass.

Mandatory (Skills 1): Proficiency in advanced security testing tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Kali Linux, Metasploit, and ability to perform custom attack scripting.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Strong expertise in authentication, session/token security, API penetration, input manipulation, and fraud simulation, with the ability to highlight the business impact of each exploit (financial loss, unfair deal awards, reputational risk)

Mandatory (Education): Bachelor’s in Engineering/IT (B.Tech/BE) or MCA.

Mandatory (Certification): At least one advanced security credential: OSCP, OSWE, CEH Practical, or CREST.

Strong Data Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with strong ownership of end-to-end data pipeline development.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design, transformation logic, and data workflow orchestration.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience with any one of the following: Dataform, dbt, or BigQuery, with practical exposure to data transformation, modeling, or cloud data warehousing.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have working experience on any cloud platform: GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure, including object storage (GCS, S3, ADLS).

Mandatory (Core Skill 1) – Must have strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

Mandatory (Core Skill 2) – Must have programming experience in Python and/or SQL for data processing.

Mandatory (Core Skill 3) – Must have experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and troubleshooting data issues.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer working on SaaS OR Top B2C product OR Video/Media product (Video product like Zoom,Vimeo,YouTube,Twitch)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end product features — from discovery to delivery (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction design)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working on complex dashboards, multi-role systems, or workflow-heavy products (e.g., producer tools, admin panels, or data-heavy interfaces)

Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong proficiency in Figma — including high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies

Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies

Mandatory (Note 1): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study
