About Sales team:
The field sales team at PagarBook is all about solving SME’s customer problems
and ensuring we deliver compelling value propositions.
On a typical day, the sales team:
● drives the adoption of a premium version of Pagarbook, sold at a
subscription fee per annum
● never-say-no attitude, and comes with a win-all attitude
● At the same time, a core ingredient of the DNA is customer empathy
● We should always ensure the customer is well informed of all the benefits of
the solution, before we close the sales.
Responsibilities and Duties of sales associate:
● You will pitch about PagarBook desktop solution on field to customers
● You will explain the benefits of PagarBook desktop solution to customers
○ Better and Easier accessibility, also available on mobile web
○ Access to rich reports which gives you business knowledge, spend
○ Unlimited free upgrades for a year
● The users can register on the desktop for a free trial for 7 days first
● Sales associate would convert the customer into a paid customer
Mandatory requirements:
● Having your own bike is a must
● Field sales experience is a must (telecom, FMCG and financial sales
experience adds more weightage)
● Local language knowledge in the city of operations is a must

About the Company
Axiamatic is the AI-native control plane for enterprise transformation. Large transformation programs — ERP migrations, CRM rollouts, enterprise-wide operating model changes — have for decades exceeded what any human team can coordinate. Roughly 70% of these multi-year, multi-hundred-million-dollar initiatives fall short of expectations. Misalignments and drift build up quietly, and by the time they surface, the cost is already in.
We're changing that. Axiamatic builds a Living Context Graph — a continuously updated digital twin of a customer's transformation, ingesting structured and unstructured signals from 250+ enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Teams, Slack, and more). On top of it, our Transformation Agents detect translation loss, cross-stream drift, and change resistance as they form, and our Playbooks route remediation to the right stakeholder in the tools they already use.
We came out of stealth in March 2026 with $54M from Greylock and Bessemer. Our founders Rajiv Gupta and Kaushik Narayan have done this before — most recently at Skyhigh Networks (acquired by McAfee), where they defined the Cloud Access Security Broker category that Gartner once named the fastest-growing in cybersecurity. About the Role
You'll be one of the early product managers at Axiamatic, owning a major area of our platform end-to-end and working with our product and engineering leadership, SMEs, and our customers.
This is a rare 0→1 + scale role: the product is in market with reference customers, the platform is real, and the category is wide open.
You'll define how some of the world's most consequential transformation programs are run — what signals we capture, what risks our agents detect, and how guidance reaches executives, PMOs, and change leaders in the flow of their work.
What You'll Do
- Own a major product area end-to-end — strategy, roadmap, execution, and enablement.
- Live with our customers and design partners. Sit in on transformation steering committees, ride along with SI delivery teams, and bring the texture of the work back to engineering and design.
- Drive 0→1 and 1→N in parallel. Take new concepts from problem definition through alpha, beta, and GA while continuing to harden what's already in production at Fortune 500 customers.
- Partner deeply with engineering. Work with engineering scrums to prioritise sprints, groom stories, and make sharp trade-offs across scope, quality, and time. Translate ambiguous customer signals into crisp product specs.
- Shape the Agentic experience. Define how Transformation Agents, the Living Context Graph, and Playbooks come together for executives, PMO leaders, and OCM teams.
- Define and own metrics. Instrument the product, set the bar for adoption and outcomes, and use data to refine the roadmap.
- Be a voice of the company externally. Write blogs, present at customer briefings and partner events, and help shape how the market understands the category we're building.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in product management, with meaningful time at enterprise B2B SaaS companies. Bonus if you've worked on AI/ML and agentic systems.
- A track record of owning a product from inception to launch.
- Strong technical instincts. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to reason about LLM-powered features, distributed systems, data pipelines, and integration architectures, and hold your own in technical tradeoff conversations.
- Customer obsession. You discern signal from noise across customer conversations, market feedback, and product telemetry — and you let data refine your intuition rather than replace it.
- Excellent communication. You write clearly, present confidently to executives, and are equally comfortable in a customer war room, a sprint review, and a partner kickoff.
- Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity. Early-stage pace, continuous iteration, and shipping under uncertainty energize you.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Reinsurance Test Analyst with a strong understanding of reinsurance domain processes (treaty and facultative) and hands-on experience in functional and migration testing of reinsurance administration systems such as DXC SICS, Synergy 2, or Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, QA, and implementation teams to validate treaty configurations, financial calculations, and claim recoverables with absolute precision.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform functional, migration, and regression testing for reinsurance platforms (DXC SICS, Synergy 2, etc.).
● Understand and validate treaty and facultative reinsurance workflows underwriting, claims, accounting, and reporting.
● Review retention, limit, and ceding ratio configurations and verify accuracy in financial outcomes.
● Conduct data reconciliation and validation during migration cycles (ETL and financial mapping).
● Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparing business scenarios, logging defects, and coordinating with stakeholders.
● Work with automation engineers to convert manual scenarios into reusable automated tests (Playwright / Python preferred).
● Document test cases, results, and evidence for audit and IFRS 17 compliance.

● 5-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in the reinsurance domain testing.

● Experience testing one or more reinsurance systems such as DXC SICS, Synergy 2, Sapiens, or similar.
● Proficiency in functional testing, data validation, and regression testing.
