We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
- Prepares promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, coaching, and empowering Trial Experience Specialists, fostering a positive team culture
- Serving as the primary point of contact for management level inquiries and customer support escalations
- Coordinating with Leads and/or Managers for new hire training, including onboarding efforts and ongoing support
- Assisting in people operations objectives for customer service, including recruiting, training, and coaching
- Monitoring team and department health, and contributing to strategic team development
- Enhancing service quality through process redesign and the establishment of performance metrics
- Ensuring timely resolution of advanced customer requests, with thorough documentation and follow-up
- Acting as a professional, passionate, and influential leader, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Performing other duties as business needs evolve

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in SaaS sales, with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential
- Prior experience leading fast-paced, results driven, customer-facing teams for a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup company preferred

What you'll do
- Take high-level product ideas from conception to mockups, wireframes, and finished renderings
- Partner with engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products from conception through launch
- Creation, implementation, and maintenance of a consistent Design Language for Tartan across all platforms
- Take ownership of Product design for Tartan's product across Desktop, Mobile (Web), and Mobile (Android and iOS) builds

- You have 3+ years of experience in hands-on user experience and visual design in the software industry with a strong focus on responsive design for cloud-first desktop/browser applications
- 1+ years of professional experience using Figma or Sketch and pushing these design tools to their limits. You are fluent in nested symbols/components and auto-layout constraints
- Strong background in interaction design, with the ability to effectively articulate the rationale behind design decisions

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the leads, pitching products and services and maintaining a good relationship with clients.

- Contacting and approaching corporate clients i.e. HR Managers, administrations, marketing heads etc., of well-known companies in Bangalore. (Resources and data base will be provided, leads will be given daily basis), No cold calling, Not Call centre job.
- Fixing meetings with them, briefing them about our services & products over the meeting and cracking the deal.
- Following up the order placed by them and closing the deal.
- No targets, no deadlines.
- Your team will have 2-3 interns who will be working below you. You have to delegate work to them.
