About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong consultancy background who has hands-on experience supporting product-based clients in the UK region. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of product engineering roles, excellent sourcing skills, and strong stakeholder management capability across UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for product-based IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.).
• Source high-quality candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Job Boards, Boolean search, social hiring, and networking.
• Work on mid to senior-level hiring aligned with UK client requirements.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, logical reasoning, and culture fit.

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage directly with UK-based hiring managers to understand role expectations, project needs, and hiring timelines.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
• Manage coordination, weekly recruitment updates, dashboards, and SLAs.

🔹 Interview & Offer Management

• Manage interview scheduling across UK/IST time zones.
• Take ownership of the selection process from screening to negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure smooth offer negotiations, documentation, and joining confirmation.

🔹 Recruitment Operations

• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS on a regular basis.
• Track and report recruitment status, deliverables, and closure metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience

🔸 Must-Have

• 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience in a consultancy/staffing environment.
• Strong experience hiring for product-based companies (preferably UK region).
• Solid understanding of tech stacks – Java, .NET, QA Automation, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, Product Engineering.
• Proven ability in niche skill hiring and bulk sourcing.
• Exceptional skills in Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with UK clients & candidates.

🔸 Good to Have

• Experience working with European clients.
• Knowledge of UK recruitment regulations, notice periods & documentation.
• Familiarity with modern ATS tools (e.g., Zoho, Lever, Greenhouse).
