- We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our creative agency team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our agency's services,
- including branding, design, digital marketing, video production, and web development.
- Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized solutions and strategies.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch agency services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies
- and plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- For Freshers we only have requirements with good communication, has done master's & enthusiastic
Roles & Responsibilities
Ā· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Ā· Prepare estimation based on scope of work and resource requirements
Ā· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ā· Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Ā· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Ā· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Ā· Report and escalate to management as needed
Requirement
Ā· Proven working experience in project management
Ā· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Experience with project management software tools

Roles and Responsibilities
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Generate & identify new sales leads, pitch to prospects about the services we offer. Write proposals for prospective clients.
Arrange post-sale support to clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Study client's existing technology/systems and consult them on the most appropriate process, to ensure seamless integration of our solution
Provide strategic inputs for the business based on interactions with clients.
Maintain daily sales report and report to the Manager.
Manage and execute marketing campaign plans
Requirements
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
2-5 years of experience in Strategy, Lead Generation, Consulting and Business Development for, IT Software services industry
Experience in generating leads, handling inbound leads, strong follow-up skills, business understanding, ability to answer client queries e.g. technical, business etc.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be familiar with LinkedIn, Google search and other sales tool
Well versed in delivering product/solution demos and sales presentations

Requirements :
- To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android and IOS.
- Native App experience in Android Or IOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.
- Good knowledge of Dart & Flutter widgets.
