Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Career Counseling & Needs Assessment:
• Conduct insightful counseling sessions to deeply understand the career aspirations, current skill sets, and professional development gaps of working professionals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, genuinely listening to their needs and challenges to identify suitable upskilling solutions.
• Guide prospective learners in selecting courses that align perfectly with their career goals and market demands.
• Course Sales & Enrollment:
• Effectively present the benefits and value proposition of Learners Point's diverse course offerings to potential learners.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to successful enrollment, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for course enrollments, primarily focusing on the UAE professional market.
• Relationship Building:
• Build rapport and establish strong, positive relationships with all prospective and enrolled learners.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction by providing clear information and ongoing support throughout their decision-making journey.
• Market Understanding:
• Develop a strong understanding of the professional education market, particularly the upskilling needs and trends relevant to UAE working professionals.
• Provide feedback to the team on common queries, challenges, and success stories to continuously improve our offerings and approach.
• Reporting & CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all counseling sessions, sales activities, and learner interactions in our CRM system.
• Prepare basic reports on sales pipeline and counseling outcomes as required.
• Flexible Work & Collaboration:
• Work effectively in an on-site team environment in Bangalore.
• Utilize the flexible weekly off policy to manage work-life balance while ensuring coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, career counseling, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience in the education, training, or ed-tech sector is a plus.
• Communication Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Ability to clearly articulate information, actively listen, and respond persuasively and empathetically.

Minimum 6-8 years experience in software sales
Experience working for the US market
Proven track record for reaching revenue targets, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, account management and lead generation capabilities.
You must have the experience of managing an annual sales quota of $1M or more.
Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience selling digital solutions to multiple industry verticals is a plus.

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer, responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• Should be independent contributor.
• Writing individual user stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
• Identifying related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary and documenting the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary

How you fit in

Engineering is the executional function of EAGLE's software delivery wing. As a senior server-side developer at Eagle, you will drive complex projects being built from scratch, and lead the junior members of the team. Not only are you expected to write clean, tested, and maintainable code, you will also be a central part of a product team that iterates constantly, ships regularly, and learns continuously.
