Job Description:

● Has experience 3 years plus Sales in the USA & Europe region.
● Drive outbound calls to generate qualified leads from new prospects
●Use phone, email, LinkedIn to perform selling activities and drive new business
● Qualifying the leads.
● Manage sales through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation,
●Building contact database and verification through LinkedIn and other Lead Gen tool
● Liaising with the internal team
●Revenue Generation: - Responsible for generating revenue based on target assigned approx. $1 million per year.
●Good communication skills both written and verbal and ability to build genuine rapport
● Solid Experience IT Services sales at least 5 years.
●Responsible to generate business and through the lifecycle of sales (from Generation to Closure)
● 80% hunting & 20% account management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Lead generation Generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments by leveraging online and offline channels.
●Marketing and campaign Managing email communication and driving the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives. Also, able to use online and social media option for BD
●Database management Identifying key prospects across our target audience and managing data churn.
Account based marketing Ensuring audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue.
Cold Calling: - Generating positive leads from calling customers and a minimum of 30 calls per day needs to be maintained.
Managing Team and support them in there day to day activity
● Experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company is preferred.
●Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
● Solid knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end Sales lifecycle
● Prior experience in B2B, IT Services, SaaS and the high-tech industry Secondary Skill Set :
● Knowledge on the industry verticals
Roles and Responsibilities :
●Conduct market research and relay relevant market trends to respective stakeholders
● Understand PeanutSquare market propositions end to end
● Align organizational propositions as per the zonal strategy
●Qualify the prospects and create an approach strategy by aligning the right propositions to the identified target group
● Experience in working on tools like Lusha , Zoom Info and etc
● Make sure the team achieves the target and keep them motivated.
●Generate leads via calls, mails & meetings and covert them into opportunities
●Play an active role in sales enablement through learning and contribution of content & accountability.
● Handle end-to-end sales cycle
● Achieve sales and financial targets set for the zone
● Drive ‘old-new’ sales
● Handle account escalations effectively.
●Keep the database updated for the potential prospects Regular follow up with the prospects and build the sales pipeline Setting-up meetings with prospective clients (C Level, IT Decision Makers)
