Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with exposure of working in an IT product and service based company to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Knowledge of Software development process, Staff augmentation and knowledge in IT Industry is must.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential target markets, industry trends, and competitive strategies.
Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Stay updated with industry developments and trends, and actively participate in networking events and conferences to enhance industry knowledge and expand professional network.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with IT background, Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision- makers.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Knowledge of the IT Industry & Market is a plus.
