Designation – Project Coordinator

Work Location – Ahmedabad (WFO)

Responsibilities:

Support the project manager with end-to-end project management activities.

Prepare project management deliverables such as the project charter, project plan or schedule, risk and issue tracker, communication plan, stakeholder mapping, MOM, and weekly reports.

Standardize processes and define templates for project deliverables. Prepare reports and dashboards.

Manage resourcing and optimize resource utilization handle knowledge management and organize trainings.

Manage document onboarding and off boarding processes.

Required Skills:

1 to 2 years of professional experience in the IT industry.

Good understanding of SDLC phases, knowledge of project management methodologies and models (Waterfall and Agile).

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Attention to detail, negotiation skills, critical thinking, and task management.

Full Stack Developers : (5 persons required)

• Should have excellent working technical skills in NodeJS, React JS, PreactJS and Mongo DB + AWS
• Must have done projects either at work or in college using these technical skills

As a core member of the Software Development team, you will be responsible for the architecture, coding, development, testing and release of customer applications hosted both on-premise and on-cloud. Candidates with proven experience in both Frontend and Backend Development (predominantly Backend Development) with prior experience in deploying applications on AWS/Azure cloud will be preferred.

You will be leading a small team of developers (not more than 3 at a time) on a given project, and be a client-facing SPOC to work with the client and meet stringent deadlines. In depth knowledge of all of the above is not mandatory but the nature of the work will involve learning and getting involved with all of the above. You would be working directly with key members of the management team to define and drive technical strategy.
