Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Lead QA to drive quality assurance initiatives, implement automation frameworks, and ensure robust software testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, SDLC, agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools while also possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand application architecture and formulate effective test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure software reliability.
• Implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Drive API automation testing and ensure the seamless functioning of services and integrations.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines by integrating Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Monitor and analyze test results, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Optimize test cases and improve test coverage for existing applications.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in software testing.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Java for test automation.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and testing principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Expertise in performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Oracle Financials - Fusion (SaaS) and Oracle Financials R12 knowledge.

Job Description in Brief: SiGa Systems is looking for 3 to 8 years of experience who is proficient in PHP/ WordPress/Laravel/ CodeIgniter / to develop Websites and web applications in core PHP. The desired candidate would be involved in a full software/ website development life cycle, starting from requirement analysis to testing. The candidate should be able to work in a team or should be able to handle projects independently. 

Technical Key Skills:

• Expertise in MVC, PHP Framework (Laravel, CodeIgniter), WCF, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Proficient in jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL Server, WordPress, MySQL.
• Hands-on core PHP along with experience in AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, APIs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should be responsible for developing websites and Web Based Applications using Open

• Monitor, manage, and maintain the server environments where PHP Laravel applications are
• hosted, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

5.Valuation & Investment Memorandum (IM) Preparation

• Assist in business valuation efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Support the preparation of IM and pitch decks for fundraising or sale processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all financial data and projections are accurately represented in investment materials.

6.Team Management

• Supervise and manage finance and accounting teams remotely, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior finance team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve financial and business objectives.

7.Technology & Process Improvement

• Assist with financial software setup and process automation for efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and security in financial data and systems.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Holding certification CA is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Exposure to financial management in small or mid-sized businesses is a plus.
• Experience in team management or leadership is a bonus.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, valuation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with financial software like SAP, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA engineers into developing performance & functional test plans and test scenarios using requirements and product documentation while specifying testing overview, approach, strategy, scope, architecture, environment, roles and responsibilities
• Scope projects and estimate testing needs
• Design and implement testing methods for both end to end, and individual service layers of the application stack
• Identify bottlenecks in functionality and performance, and provide actionable information and suggestions based on analysis of testing results
• Communicate technical information clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Work closely with development engineers and management in a fast-paced technical environment
