We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our engineering team and support the validation of AI-assisted software testing. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to evaluate AI-generated test scenarios, validate outcomes, identify inconsistencies, and provide structured feedback that improves product quality and AI model performance.

Job Description

• Execute AI-generated test scenarios against historical job packages and validate expected outcomes.
• Perform manual verification of AI-generated results to determine whether test scenarios have passed or failed.
• Review AI-generated evidence and identify false positives, false negatives, inconsistencies, or missing validations.
• Document defects, observations, and actionable feedback for engineering and product development teams.
• Collaborate with senior QA engineers and software developers to improve product quality and AI testing capabilities.
• Re-test resolved issues and verify fixes as new builds become available.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and ensure traceability of validation results.
• Participate in QA reviews and continuously contribute to improving AI-assisted testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, or QA Analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret test results and identify discrepancies.
• Experience documenting defects and working with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Exposure to Agile development environments is preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing or automation tools is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of experience in end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, joining etc)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment across different tech roles

Mandatory ( Tech Skill 1): Strong grasp of technical concepts and ability to evaluate candidate fit for different technical roles

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have experience of analyzing data to improve hiring funnel, take data-driven hiring decisions

Mandatory (Tech Skills 3): Must be proficient in advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media recruiting, and referral programs

• Key areas of responsibilities:- 
• Maintenance and enhancements of current websites.
• System requirement gathering, development, testing and maintenance for new websites or applications.
• Managing user access to the various components of the company’s IT infrastructure based on an assessment of the user requirement and security.
• Managing the admin section for the company’s websites.
  Creating an environment for Dreamweaver editor for users to develop applications.
• Documentation Designing a database and coordinating the UI design.
• Integrating the MySQL database with the PHP applications.
  Maintaining web-based PHP applications.
• Designing and developing applications and websites.
  Resolving issues related to PHP development in different applications.
  
  
• Experience and skills required:- 
  
  Skills : PHP, Mysql, MVC, JS, JQUERY,HTML,CSS, AJAX , WORDPRESS.
  
  Experience : Min 3 year Qualification: Any technical background (MCA, BE, MSC Computer etc)

• Basics of Networking, TCP/IP Networks, Multi-Vendor Support Experience (Cisco/HPE/Juniper/Checkpoint/ASA/Fortinet etc)
• Basics of Compute, 
• Basics of Storage 
• Strong experience towards monitoring devices such as server hardware, Network
• Strong understanding of IT service management
• Interacting with clients, understanding their needs & providing technical support to clients by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the issues raised
• Experience working in a NOC environment managing and implementing day to day operations on network and security issues for large scale enterprise customers
• Switching Concepts and Experience including STP’s, Vlan’s, VTP, EtherChannel, Port Config, Hardening, Management Protocols, Stacking etc
• Wireless Configuration Experience with Cisco/HPE/ARUBA Controllers and AP’s
• Experience with Network systems and servers, networking systems integration (hardware, software, network, and database).
