  • Appknox is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to manage a portfolio of current customers.
  • In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure our services are delivered to the customers on the committed timeline
  • Our ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in working with customers in Technical Support / Customer Success / Account Management.

What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like:

  • Has excellent communication skills.

Work Expectations

Within 1 month

You should have a complete hold of the product and the value customers are getting from it.

Understand how security testing happens and engage with customers using Hubspot and Hubspot Tickets.

Within 3 months

You need to have a clear understanding of onboarding customers and engaging and resolving their queries. 

Engage and get reviews from customers to post every

successful delivery. Understand how to

build the engagement pipeline for each of the customers you are owning and document all engagements.

Within 6 months

You should have discipline and document all of the ongoing discussions. 

Take up new objectives to smoothen customers' experience and internal team’s process.

The Opportunity

The Sales team @ Appknox is one of the most active and agile teams in the organization. With multiple channels to penetrate the global markets, the team is a right mix of dynamic, aggressive, and experienced professionals added with a go-getter attitude. The team interacts with the CXOs and leadership teams of global firms and has closed high-value deals including Fortune 500 / 100 Enterprises. What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like: 

  • 4+ years of experience in End to End Enterprise sales in a SaaS company/IT company.
  • 2-3 yrs of End to End Enterprise sales experience in working for Global markets.
  • The candidate will be resourceful enough to set up processes and working methods, strategic enough to provide thought leadership, and execution-oriented enough to build a robust pipeline.
  • Relevant experience in a cyber security company and building a strong sales pipeline are good to have. 

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or related field from a top-tier school.
  • Advanced skill-set for gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, and submitting commercial proposals.
  • Expertise to work on executive presentations, HubSpot CRM, and other sales & marketing-focused automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
  • Open to working in shift timings, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role is for Global Markets.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and account receivables.

  • In this role, your primary responsibility is to understand the customer’s technical queries. Evaluate and resolve the query.

  • This role involves handling customer queries from 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST.


What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like:

The Opportunity

The channel team’s mission is to build Appknox Partner Network across the assigned geographies. In order for us to accomplish this, we are looking for a sales enthusiast with rich experience in alliance management and strategy. The primary objective is to build and manage partner network that will create demand in the marketplace for our mobile application security offerings.

You will work towards winning new customers, create continuous revenue streams and expand our footprint within existing accounts through our partner program,

In this role you will be closely working with the Head of Channel Development.


What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like: 


  • 2-4 years sales experience and/or business development experience in software industry( SaaS / Cyber security solution experience preferred)
  • 1+ years channel/partner management experience
  • Establishes productive, professional relationship with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Accelerate revenue and new customer acquisition through Appknox’s channel program and meeting sales plan expectations
  • Build upon partner strategy at the field level to support partnerships
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Close new business deals by coordinating with partners and internal Appknox team
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communications internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Measure and provide success metrics to partners and the business, analyzing business intelligence and making strategic adjustments
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Work with marketing organization to socialize the value proposition of our partnership
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
