Strong QA Leadership / Test Manager / QA Architect Profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles.

Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have experience owning end-to-end testing strategy for product platforms, covering Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security testing

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS preferably working in microservices-driven environments in testing

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have 3+ years of leadership experience managing 5-6 members in QA / Testing teams.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks. (Robot Framework experience is highly preferred)

• Support tasks (Ticket analysis, data uploading, performance tuning, job monitoring, any analysis task, ReportGeneration and etc.,)
• Level 2 and Level 3 support (Support process adherence)
• Functional and technical or solution documentation preparation
• Execution will either be Waterfall or Agile
• The process needs to be followed as defined by RBEI or RBEI’s Customer
• Preparation & participation in the project status and review meeting

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in professional enterprise application user interface designs.
• Should have experience designing responsive user interface for desktops, tablets and mobiles web-based enterprise applications.
• Must have experience in design solutions by understanding the client’s requirements.
• Must have experience in designing user-centric, easy to use, simple, intuitive, consistent user interface for applications.
• Experience of building user-centric design in an agile environment with proven experience in rapid, iterative low and high fidelity prototyping/wireframing.
• Excellent communication skills in English language is a must. 
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
