As a Software Engineer, you will build and maintain features across our SaaS platform. You will work on well-scoped tasks and features, collaborate closely with senior engineers, and grow your skills in software design, cloud-native development, and modern engineering practices. This role is a great fit for engineers who have solid programming fundamentals, are curious and quick to learn, and take pride in writing quality code. You will be supported and mentored while taking on increasing ownership over time.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.·
5–8 years of software engineering experience building production-grade applications.
Strong experience building and operating cloud-native SaaS or web applications.
Solid understanding of software design, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
Proven ability to own and deliver complex features independently.
Experience debugging and resolving performance, scalability, and reliability issues.

What You’ll Do
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to consultants as well as client personnel
u5lizing SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Applica5on Programming)
• Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solu5ons
• Design and develop SAP ABAP to meet client business requirements, including
integra5on points with other modules
• Manage and lead the design and development of customized RICEFW (Reports,
Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects
• Provide general technical support for our clients and other consul5ng resources
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of experience with SAP ABAP
• Strong working experience in Fiori, OData, BAPI, and BADI
• Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge in SAP S4/HANA
• Minimum of 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementa5ons
• Strong experience in developing, tes5ng, debugging, implemen5ng, maintaining, and
documen5ng ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,
Forms, and Workflows) objects
• Experience in middleware tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud PlaWorm Integra5on) is a plus
• High level of experience with core SAP modules, including SD, FICO, EWM, MM, PP, TM
• Flexibility and adaptability - Our seniors work on everything from design to hands-on
development and can stretch into new roles

Overview: We are hiring two exceptional India-based Lead Developers to work as core members of U.S. based Agile teams. These individuals will own the technical implementation of critical features across customer-facing and associate-facing applications. This is a hands-on technical role, with at least 50% of time spent actively writing code or performing engineering tasks, while also guiding the rest of the team in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the senior technical contributor in a cross-border team focused on Loyalty, Mobile App, CRM, and Customer Pickup.
• Own software design, development, testing, and delivery for cloud-native microservices and web components.
• Lead and guide code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across development.
• Work closely with American product, architecture, and Development Manager teams to break down epics, refine stories, and estimate work. • Mentor India-based junior developers and enforce engineering best practices in a collaborative, remote-first culture.
• Proactively communicate blockers, design decisions, and progress across global teams.
• Write clean, testable, scalable code with strong observability and resilience patterns.
• Integrate with Salesforce, internal APIs, SQL/NoSQL systems, and customer data platforms.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular). • Experience working within an Agile environment alongside U.S.-based product managers, development managers, and designers.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit/integration testing skills.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), containerization (Docker), and modern deployment patterns.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving in a remote-first environment.
• Prior experience working in an offshore/onshore model is highly preferred.
