Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads for IT services (e.g., software development, SaaS solutions, cloud services, web/mobile applications)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and product/service presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales / business development
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
What You’ll Do
As an SAP SAC Senior Consultant, you will:
· Design, build, and test applica;on and data transfer/integra;on process using SAC (SAP Analy;cs
Cloud)
· Lead analysis and design session to create requirements to develop client solu;ons
· Design and develop SAC func;ons including configura;on to meet client business requirements,
which include integra;on points with other modules.
· Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
· Provide general technical support for our clients and conduct training as required

What We’re Looking For
· Minimum of eight years of end-to-end SAP SAC implementa;on experience
· Exper;se in SAP SAC with at least 3 full-lifecycle implementa<on projects – including design,
configura;on, integra;on, and tes;ng.
· Strong experience configuring SAC models and integra;ng data from various source systems, including
SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP plaSorms.
· Experience with governance, controls, process and procedures, conceptual data modelling, master
data management, data standardiza;on and stewardship, and data quality management
· Experience designing and building SAC planning, forecas;ng, forecast adjustments and integra;ng
generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support cri;cal business
KPIs
· Experience with consolida;ons and repor;ng within SAC
· Proven Team Lead experience
· Experience planning and facilita;ng client workshops (requirements, fit-gap, solu;on design)
· Working knowledge of SAP Ac;vate and Agile delivery methodologies
· Hands-on capability across design, configura;on, tes;ng, and deployment
· Willingness to support both implementa;on projects and AMS (produc;on support) environments
· Flexible and adaptable, able to operate across mul;ple roles and project phases

What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of experience with SAP ABAP
• Strong working experience in Fiori, OData, BAPI, and BADI
• Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge in SAP S4/HANA
• Minimum of 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementa5ons
• Strong experience in developing, tes5ng, debugging, implemen5ng, maintaining, and
documen5ng ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,
Forms, and Workflows) objects
• Experience in middleware tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud PlaWorm Integra5on) is a plus
• High level of experience with core SAP modules, including SD, FICO, EWM, MM, PP, TM

Overview: We are hiring two exceptional India-based Lead Developers to work as core members of U.S. based Agile teams. These individuals will own the technical implementation of critical features across customer-facing and associate-facing applications. Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience & Skills:
• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular). • Experience working within an Agile environment alongside U.S.-based product managers, development managers, and designers.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit/integration testing skills.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), containerization (Docker), and modern deployment patterns.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving in a remote-first environment.
• Prior experience working in an offshore/onshore model is highly preferred.
