Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with around 2 years of experience to help gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Work with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood
• Assist in testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support process improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React (Next.js), and Node.js

·        Build performant and scalable frontend applications using Next.js

·        Write clean, type-safe, and maintainable code using TypeScript

·        Design and implement robust RESTful APIs

·        Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and scalability

·        Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams

·        Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems

·        Utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency and workflows

Required Skills

·        Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

·        Hands-on experience with:

AI Tool Expertise (Mandatory)

·        Experience using tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar

·        Ability to:

o   Generate, optimize, and debug code using AI tools

o   Improve development speed and productivity

·        Strong ability to review and validate AI-generated code

·        Basic understanding of prompt engineering for development tasks

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development in the application development, unit test, and rollout of

strategic web and Mobile initiatives.

• Develop both front-end and back-end for web/mobile applications, working with a hybrid

internal/vendor team, to support various lines of business and functional areas

• Work with Business Owners and Business Analysis teams, to create business requirements.

• Document technical requirements and technical specifications for Web/Mobile

applications (and related integrated solutions) and provide technical solutions to support

those needs.

• Provide feedback (and approval) on technical designs and methods to support business

requirements.

• Effectively communicate relevant project planning and status information to

leadership/management.

• Deliver engaging, informa<ve, well-organized demos/presenta<ons that are effectively

Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive (BPO/KPO):

 To escalate the queries of the customer via Chats and Calls. Resolve the Customer issue for

International Customer

 To provide the best resolution to the customers. Maintain the better relationship with the

customers.

 Meet the customers’ requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of

their queries

Key Skills:

 The candidates with excellent spoken English, good communication skills.

·        5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with significant focus on mobile application testing (iOS + Android).

·        Strong command of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar.

·        Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and QA integration with DevOps.

·        Hands-on experience with creating test plans, test cases, and test data for end-to-end mobile applications.

Job Description: Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Timings: 2 p.m – 11 p.m

Employment: Full-time (Hybrid)

Overview: We are hiring two exceptional India-based Lead Developers to work as core members of U.S. based Agile teams. These individuals will own the technical implementation of critical features across customer-facing and associate-facing applications. This is a hands-on technical role, with at least 50% of time spent actively writing code or performing engineering tasks, while also guiding the rest of the team in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior technical contributor in a cross-border team focused on Loyalty, Mobile App, CRM, and Customer Pickup.

• Own software design, development, testing, and delivery for cloud-native microservices and web components.

• Lead and guide code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across development.

• Work closely with American product, architecture, and Development Manager teams to break down epics, refine stories, and estimate work. • Mentor India-based junior developers and enforce engineering best practices in a collaborative, remote-first culture.

• Proactively communicate blockers, design decisions, and progress across global teams.

• Write clean, testable, scalable code with strong observability and resilience patterns.

• Integrate with Salesforce, internal APIs, SQL/NoSQL systems, and customer data platforms.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience.

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular). • Experience working within an Agile environment alongside U.S.-based product managers, development managers, and designers.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit/integration testing skills.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), containerization (Docker), and modern deployment patterns.

• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving in a remote-first environment.

• Prior experience working in an offshore/onshore model is highly preferred.
