Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world challenges and drive our business forward.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering, a passion for machine learning, and hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Training: Design, build, train, and validate machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Data Engineering: Develop robust data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets to prepare them for model training.

• Algorithm Research: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to enhance our solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance, scalability, and efficiency of ML systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-6 years of professional experience in a software development or machine learning role.

• Programming: High proficiency in Python is essential. Experience with other languages like Java, C++, or Scala is a plus.

• ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with core machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Cloud Computing: Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their associated AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).

• Data Tools: Experience with data processing technologies like SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.

• Software Engineering: Strong understanding of software development principles, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of strong product development experience including automation, CI/CD, release management, production monitoring & alerting.

• Good understanding of MicroServices and Cloud Architecture, containerisation for large scale distributed internet systems.

• 3+ years of experience of leading and managing a team of 5-10 engineers.

• Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.

• Proficient in setting and managing SLAs and have proven experience in implementing and managing them in start-up / engineering organizations.

• Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

• Excellent Java / Python programming and debugging skills and experience with developing detailed technology architecture.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Engage in Client Meetings, Presentations, and On-Site Visits to provide technical expertise, and effectively communicate the value of the solutions offered, ensuring client buy-in and alignment with project goals.

• Prepare and Review Technical Proposals, RFP Responses, and (RFP/RFI), accurately estimating resources, timelines, and costs while ensuring the proposed solutions meet client needs and expectations.

• Facilitate Technical Discussions and Workshops with prospective clients to gain deeper insights into their requirements and demonstrate the scalability and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-stack development principles and a proven track record of building and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack, who can act as a lead, demonstrating leadership qualities such as proactive problem-solving, mentoring team members, and driving the successful delivery of projects. The ability to guide and inspire the team while maintaining technical excellence will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
