Experience: 2 – 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source media inventory across all formats – Digital, Traditional (Print, Radio, TV), and OOH
2. Negotiate cost-effective media buying deals ensuring maximum value and visibility through barter exchanges.
3. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new media vendors and inventory partners.
4. Analyze campaign requirements and match with the most relevant inventory across mediums.
5. Work closely with sales, planning, and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and smooth execution of barter campaigns.
6. Maintain strong vendor relations to ensure repeat access to high-impact placements and premium inventory.
7. Track barter inventory performance and provide data-backed insights for optimization.
8. Stay updated with market trends and emerging media opportunities to strengthen barter media sourcing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. 3–6 years of experience in media buying, media planning, or barter media sourcing.
2. Hands-on experience in negotiating and acquiring media inventory across digital, traditional, and OOH platforms.
3. Strong understanding of media metrics, value vs cost comparison, and ROI-driven media planning.
4. Excellent negotiation skills, market intelligence, and vendor management ability.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and media planning tools.
6. Prior experience in barter-driven or alternative media trading models is a plus.
