Commission-Based B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and manage vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Generate and process Requests for Quotations (RFQs); coordinate vendor confirmations and responses.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) with accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procurement records—contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and orders.
• Conduct quality checks during incoming inspections to ensure material compliance and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for quality certificates, compliance documents, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project goals.

Strong Power Bi, Power App and SQL skills,

• Design and build compelling analyses, trending and/or forecasting reports using Microsoft Power BI.

• Design and build apps using power apps and power automate.

• Assist in the publishing of metrics dashboards by identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.

• Define BI development objectives by analyzing user requirements while envisioning system features and functionality.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, clearly communicate probable designs and create prototypes.

• Follow data and reporting performance optimization and tuning best practices.

• Conduct analytical activities of system data.

• Conducts complex data analysis and evaluates intangibles providing management with fact-based information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Requirement understanding and elicitation, analyze, data/workflows, contribute to product

project and Proof of concept (POC)

 Contribute to prepare design documents and effort estimations.

 Develop AI/ML Models using best in-class ML models.

 Building, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.

 Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to assist with defining functional user

stories.

 Ensure deliverables across teams are of high quality and clearly documented. 

 Recommend best ML practices/Industry standards for any ML use case.

 Proactively take up R and D and recommend solution options for any ML use case.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Skills

 Overall experience of 4 to 7 Years working on AI/ML framework development

 Good programming knowledge in Python is must.

 Good Knowledge of R and SAS is desired.

 Good hands on and working knowledge SQL, Data Model, CRISP-DM.

 Proficiency with Uni/multivariate statistics, algorithm design, and predictive AI/ML modelling.

 Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, linear regression, logistic regression, KNN,

Random Forest, Support Vector Machines and Natural Language Processing.

 Experience with NLP and deep neural networks using synthetic and artificial data.

 Involved in different phases of SDLC and have good working exposure on different SLDC’s like

Agile Methodologies.

Requirements:

Job Description
