We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Student Advisor to join our team. The candidate will counsel students on overseas education opportunities or domestic study options, guide them through the admission process, and support them in selecting suitable courses and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students regarding study options abroad or within the country.
- Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission processes.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international universities, courses, and visa procedures.
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Maintain student records and follow up consistently to convert leads into admissions.
- Participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities as required.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling or domestic student counseling/sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet targets.
- Knowledge of international education systems (for overseas counseling applicants).
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer-service mindset.
Salary Structure
- Overseas Student Counselor (1+ year experience):
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and countries handled)
- Sales Experience- Academic Counselor (1+ year):
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Training will be provided)
Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.
