We are looking for a senior product design lead who can not only get hands on with business, analytics, UX and visual, but comes with great client handling, communication, team management and leadership skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, driven and ready to take on key responsibilities on the product and the business side.

Not a relaxed job. Will be hectic and would need someone who constantly has his/her eye on the ball.

Job includes directing a product, leading a design team and also owning parts of the UX design. Major role in visual design both on the product side and on the marketing and brand front.

AMPM is a short-form video news platform for Gen Z India. We are hiring a Finance Intern to own our numbers as we move through our seed raise and early revenue phase. You will work directly in the founder's office, keeping a sharp eye on costs, flagging revenue signals early, and making sure our financial picture is always clean and current.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models covering burn, runway, revenue projections, and unit economics
• Track monthly costs across all spends and flag anomalies before they compound
• Set up and maintain dashboards and trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
• Monitor revenue signals and surface early warnings when numbers are going off-track
• Support investor-facing financial documentation (MIS, projections, cap table inputs)
• Assist with vendor payments, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping coordination

Must-have experience

• Strong Excel skills, not just functional but genuinely fast and formula-heavy
• Has built financial models independently, even if for personal projects or college work
• Understands unit economics, burn rate, gross margin, and basic P&L logic
• Detail-oriented and proactive, someone who notices a number is off before being told

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to startup financials or early-stage company operations
• Familiarity with fundraising documents (projections, use of funds, financial summaries)
• Interest in media, creator economy, or consumer tech
