About the Role

We're looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to produce high-quality video content and animations for our global clients across India and the US. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from financial content to digital signage advertisements.

What You'll Do

• Create motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content for advertisements, explainer videos, and digital signage campaigns
• Design and edit video content aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with sales teams across India and the US to deliver projects on time
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay current with motion design trends and integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow
• Contribute ideas and find ways to improve processes and content quality

What You'll Need

Required:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility with work hours for international client coordination

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, OpenAI Sora, Midjourney, or Google Veo 3
• 3D animation skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
• Background in advertisement or commercial video production
• Experience creating content for digital signage

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation & Coordination
• Work closely with interior designers to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations.
• Provide market rates and vendor inputs during the design stage.
• Quotation Management
• Source multiple quotations for materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes.
• Prepare comparative statements (quotation analysis) for management review.
• Negotiations & Approvals
• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Get approvals from management and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure all approvals, contracts, and documentation are properly maintained.
• Vendor & Material Management
• Identify and maintain a network of reliable vendors for all interior categories.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply as per project schedule.
• Resolve issues related to quality, billing, or delivery delays.
• Cost Control & Compliance
• Monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure purchases are within approved budgets.
• Comply with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and cost estimation.
• Ability to collaborate with interior designers and project managers.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP procurement tools.
• 8–12 years’ experience in procurement/vendor management in interiors or construction.

About the Role:

The Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts will be responsible for managing the

general ledger, conducting monthly audits, overseeing monthly accounting activities,

ensuring timely book closure, and finalizing accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented

professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles

and practices. This role would act in dual capacity (client-facing and / or teaming/

supporting in-house corporate finance team).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions into general ledger and reconcile accounts

with the general ledger

• Prepare journal entries relating to leases, amortization, depreciation, accruals,

prepaids etc.

• Review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts and financial

statements

• Collect, verify, and analyze documents related to the company's financial

activities, such as balance sheets, profit, and loss accounts

• Assist with data for tax filings

• Enter regular payroll entries in accounting system

• Generate Monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports

• Assist other departments with accounting issues and queries, and collaborate

with them to complete accurate records

• Support external audits, ensure processes are adhered to as per documented

processes

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual close.

• Responsible for working with and coordinating with the accounting team in

Mexico

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 4+ years working experience working in a consulting

organizations/Big 4 preferred.

• Must be familiar with general accounting, having a good understanding of US GAAP, proficient in spreadsheet, and be able to work in teams or work alone under

self-direction.

• Good communication skills since the candidate will be managing clients.
