MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN: 1) Selling a B2B SaaS product 2) Extremely strong communication skills over email, phone and in person 3) Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills ^ Those without these skill sets will not be accepted. 5 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Grow the business 3x every quarter working closely with the founder 2) Lead a BD team and channel partner network 3) Manage a sales pipeline end-end from lead generation to revenue conversion 4) Conduct presentations/demos with CEOs/HR heads on a daily basis 5) Hustle non-stop to "exceed" expectations of clients, leads and partners.
