What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the founder on day-to-day marketing execution
- Plan, and execute campaigns across multiple channels:
- Instagram & Facebook: Content Marketing + Influencer Collabs
- Reddit & Quora: Community-first, non-promotional growth
- Engage in Email Marketing, PR Marketing and our own community of skincare evangelists!
- Translate user insights from these platforms into content ideas and product inputs.
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior exposure to digital marketing, content, or growth
- Curiosity about how products grow from 0 to 1 and beyond
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Clear communication and structured thinking
Bonus points if:
- You understand Reddit / Quora culture well
- You understand consumer content, skincare, D2C, or marketplaces
- You enjoy working in fast moving environments and like experimenting
