Location: Bengaluru Office

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth research on Geo-politics, legislative matters, Governance, policy issues and socio-economic developments.

-

Collect, Analyse and interpret large datasets related to policy & politics.

-

Writing, analysing reports pertaining to political intelligence and primary research and provide insights and recommendations through presentations.

-

Evaluate the impact of policy decisions on various stakeholders. Comparative policy analysis.

-

Keep updated with the international, national and state political issues.

-

Must be proficient in analysis of economic survey and govt budgets.

-

Stakeholder engagement

-

Work closely with other researchers, policymakers and stakeholders to identify research priorities, design studies and disseminate findings.

-

Social listening/ Focused group discussions

-

To be updated with new Research methods, data sources, and policy developments in relevant fields.

Qualifications and Skills:

-

Any graduation preferably in Public Policy, Political Science, Social Work, Law, Global Governance, International Relations, Journalism and Mass Media Communication.

-

Strong analytical and writing skills

-

Passion and awareness in both International, National and State level politics and governance.

-

Must be updated on latest AI tools for research, presentation and documentation.

Languages Preferred:

Proficiency in Assamese along with English and Hindi.

Renumeration: Will be decided as per their assessment and interview and their earlier work experience if any.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Key Skills:

·        Strong Understanding of business development principles and practices.

·        Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, B2B or B2C partners and other stakeholders.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Professional Experience:

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.

·        Additional knowledge on politics/public affairs, or a related field(desired).

·        Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Additional Requirement:

·        Creative and Strategical in preparing pitch documents.

·        Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.

·        Familiarity with data analysis and market research.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing or Public Policy, or a related field (Preferred)

Certifications (Optional)

Certification in Sales or Business Development/Marketing or Communications / Public Policy or Political Science.

Preferred Languages: Kannada, English and Hindi

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations etc in Creative Agencies. Experience in basic graphic design software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc. Experience in Animation software - Flash/After Effects is preferred Good communication skills. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (at least Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects). Experience with other creative software is a big plus.

Freshers are eligible to take interview

Video Editor:

1+ years of video editing and design experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (including sound sync, audio noise removal, colour correction, title animations, should work on templates) Ability to work independently and be a proactive learner Good communication skills verbal and written Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver projects according to timelines.
