Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
• Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Development: Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and process flow diagrams to support solution development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• SailPoint Dev 7 to 8 years of IT experience specifically in Identity Management.
• Design, develop, and implement custom connectors and integrations with enterprise applications using SailPoint.
• Develop workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and role-based access controls.
• Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of SailPoint components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and provisioning issues.
• Experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etc.
• Responsibilities Deploy SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solution to meet customer requirements Design, deploy, implement, and integrate.
• Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing.

• RCA of issues faced by Client on Prod Instance, recreating same issue on DEV environment, providing a fix, unit testing and migration to PROD.

As a Frontend React.js Developer, you need to have an eye for building awesome and world class experiences using the best possible libraries in React. We're looking for someone who has:

• Proficiency in modern web frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Redux, SASS, etc.)
• Solid experience with fundamental web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• The candidate is expected to know technical details in React such as state management using Redux, props handling, components and inter-component communication
