Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IGA solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and security standards.
• Design and implement features for identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access request management, and compliance reporting.
• Integrate IGA systems with various enterprise systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based applications.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) while developing IGA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, security, and operations, to deliver end-to-end IGA solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IGA systems, resolving performance issues and ensuring the system operates efficiently and securely.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline identity management processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in identity management and governance, recommending improvements to enhance system security and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Experience with IGA platforms, such as SailPoint, Saviyant, is a must.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with identity management standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud IAM solutions.
• Understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Desirable Skills (optional):

• Sailpoint Dev 6 to 8 years of IT experience specifically in Identity Management.

• Experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etc.
• Responsibilities Deploy SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solution to meet customer requirements Design, deploy, implement, and integrate.
• Sailpoint with critical applications and infrastructure.
• Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing.
• Interact/coordinate with customers as required Assist operations team as required, coordinate with product engineering team resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sailpoint implementation User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation Auditing, Reporting, and user activity.
• Monitoring Access Certification SOD Cloud Security Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc.
• Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs Direct customer interaction and management skills

Job Description: Tech Prescient is looking for an experienced and proven Technical Lead (Python/Flask/FastAPI/React/AWS/Azure Cloud, Node.js, Angular) who has worked on the modern full stack to deliver software products and solutions. He/She should have experience in leading from the front, handling customer situations, internal teams, anchoring project communications and delivering outstanding work experience to our customers. 

In specific, below are some of the must-have skills and experiences to fulfill the job requirements - 

1. 6+ years of relevant software design and development experience building cloud native applications using Python, React.js, Node, Angular
2. Thorough understanding of deploying to at least one of the Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Knowledge of Kubernetes is an added advantage.
3. Experience with Microservices architecture and server less deployments 
4. Well-versed with RESTful services and building scalable API architectures using any of the Python frameworks. 
5. Hands-on with Frontend technologies using either Angular or React
6. Experience managing distributed delivery teams, tech leadership, ideating with the customer leadership, design discussions and code reviews to deliver quality software products
