Enterprise Sales Leader – GCC Business

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth within India's rapidly expanding Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. The role is responsible for acquiring new GCC customers, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the SAVEX technology portfolio across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Data, Infrastructure, Networking, Digital Workplace, and Managed Services offerings.
The ideal candidate is a proven "hunter" with strong CXO relationships across GCCs and a successful track record of delivering high-value technology solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a strategic GCC customer acquisition plan.
- Build a qualified pipeline of GCC opportunities across Fortune 500 and multinational organizations.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the SAVEX portfolio.
GCC Relationship Management
- Build relationships with:
- GCC Heads
- CIOs
- CTOs
- CDOs
- CISOs
- VP Engineering
- Procurement Leaders
- Digital Transformation Leaders
- Become a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
- Conduct executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
Solution Selling
- Position solutions around:
- Cloud & multi-cloud
- Cybersecurity
- AI & GenAI
- Networking
- Data Platforms &Analytics
- Infrastructure Modernization
- Digital Workplace
- Managed Services
Ecosystem Engagement
- Work closely with technology partners and OEMs.
- Leverage partner-funded programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent SAVEX at GCC forums, industry events, and executive networking sessions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience selling IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong network within GCC organizations across India.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Preferred Skills & Knowledge

- Need experience person local from Mumbai, having an understanding of technology products, will require a Techno-commercial person who will be expected to go directly into the field
