- Legal Documentation Signing: Oversee and facilitate the signing of franchise agreements and other legal documents.
- Commercial Discussion: Conduct financial and business negotiations to finalize franchise deals.
- Site Selection: Assist franchisees in selecting suitable locations for business setup.
- Business Outfit: Ensure franchisees adhere to branding and operational guidelines for a consistent business image.
- Traveling is a Must: Willingness to travel extensively for franchise meetings and business expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field (automobile service industry preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of franchise models, business expansion, and the two-wheeler service industry is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and business expansion.
