Job Title: L2 Post-Sales Engineer – Cisco SSE (Secure Service Edge)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead partial or full deployment of Cisco SSE components under guidance from senior engineers.
- Configure and optimize Cisco (ZTNA, SASE, SWG, CASB).
- Assist in integrating Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela/Meraki) into SSE frameworks.
- Perform Level 2 troubleshooting, including analysing logs, policy behaviour, and network flow.
- Engage directly with client IT teams to provide remote support, training, and resolution planning.
- Contribute to maintaining solution documentation, run books, and knowledge base.
- Participate in upgrade/migration projects and post-deployment optimization efforts.
Technical Skills Required:
- Good understanding of Cisco SD-WAN (routing, security policies, cloud integration).
- Familiarity with SASE architecture, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and cloud security posture.
- Ability to perform log analysis, packet capture interpretation, and root cause diagnosis.
- Comfort with CLI and web-based interfaces of security/networking tools.
- Basic scripting/automation (Python, Shell) experience is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Cisco Certified Specialist – Security Core / CCNP Security
- Cisco Umbrella and Duo product training/certification
- Other SASE/SSE vendor exposure (Zscaler, Prisma, Netskope) is a plus

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled TAC (L1+) to join our Palo Alto Networks support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalations:
- Handle and lead resolution of highly complex L1+ support cases across Palo Alto Networks technologies (e.g., NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, Prisma, Cortex).
- Technical Leadership:
- Act as a go-to expert for L1/L2 engineers, providing technical mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product Management teams to drive product improvements and bug fixes based on customer feedback and recurring issues.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
- Conduct thorough analysis of recurring issues and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Customer Communication:
- Interface directly with enterprise customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the support lifecycle, especially for high-severity incidents.
- Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Incident Management:
- Assist in managing P1/P2 incidents and ensure proper escalation paths and resolution workflows are followed.
- Training & Development:
- Deliver internal training sessions for TAC team members and contribute to skills development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a technical support or network/security engineering role.
- Expert-level knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and technologies.

- Experience with security concepts (firewalls, IDS/IPS, threat prevention, SSL decryption).
- Familiarity with tools such as CLI, packet capture analysis (Wireshark), syslog, and debug commands.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSE or PCCSE.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Prisma Access or Prisma Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with automation/scripting (Python, REST APIs, Ansible) is a plus.

Networking and Mobility domains and will be pivotal in stitching together complex IT services deals, collaborating with sales teams, engaging with partners and customers, designing end-to-end solutions, preparing Statements of Work (SOW), and creating detailed effort
estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales &Solution Design
- Act as a technical expert in Security, Networking, and Mobility for IT services solutions.
- Engage with customers and channel partners to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design customized service solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with OEMs, service delivery, and project teams for developing solution proposals.
SOW & Effort Estimation
- Prepare detailed Statement of Work (SOW) documents clearly outlining deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Conduct effort estimations based on complexity, scope, and resource requirements.
- Define delivery models (onsite/offshore/hybrid) and SLAs as per project scope.
Bid Management & Deal Structuring
- Own and manage the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, legal, and finance) for deal structuring and pricing.
- Build compelling proposals that articulate business value and technical benefits.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales team to position services effectively and drive revenue.
- Interface with customers to provide clarity on solutions, approach, and service capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners to stay updated on technology trends and solution offerings.
Knowledge Management & Enablement
- Continuously enhance domain knowledge on latest Security, Networking, and Mobility trends and services.

Experience: 8+ Yrs or relevant Experience in Solution Designing of Networking and Cybersecurity Products

- 8+ years of experience in Presales/Solution Architect roles within IT Services.
Strong hands-on knowledge in:
- Cybersecurity technologies: Firewalls, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management.
- Networking: SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Switching/Routing, Wireless.
- Enterprise Mobility: MDM, BYOD strategies, secure access management.
- Demonstrated experience in writing SOWs, designing solutions, and creating effort estimates.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery life cycle.
