The Operations Manager and Business Development team is responsible for demand creation, order fulfillment, logistics and customer experience. The position is a middle-management role within the operations team. The role would require the candidate to take care of following broad requirements: Responsibilities Operations & Customer service: • The candidate will be required to optimize operations and effectively launch and implement various operations strategies for the company. • Open operations for the day, managing smooth functioning of operations through the day and closure of operations • Ensure every customer receives their pickup on time.
